By downloading, accessing, or using Pillcase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

You acknowledge and agree that:
Pillcase reminders are supplementary aids and should not be your sole method of medication management for critical medications.

AI-generated responses may contain errors and should be verified with qualified healthcare professionals.
User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update such information as necessary.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
Subscriptions and Payments
Pillcase offers certain premium features through paid subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:
· Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your chosen billing cycle (monthly or annually).
· Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your device's App Store account settings.
· Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following notice to you.
· Refunds: Refunds are handled according to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as applicable.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
· Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
· Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PILLCASE, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE DATE OF THE CLAIM.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pillcase and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
Termination
